#5: GLASS HOUSE (F/M)

I entered a Glass House...

Originally for Project Brand New III at Project Arts Centre in January 2009 as People in Glass Houses... a performative interrogation of two phrases: "People in glass houses should not throw stones" & "Put her in a glass house and throw sugar at her".

Designed & Constructed by Séan Dyas.

This project only happened because of Modern Lines, devised with a group of practitioners in London for my M.A. thesis. This project changed everything I believed, confused, questioned, pushed all my boundaries and created a very uncomfortabe place to stand in when I came home from London. But, in a good way.

In YOU I try to figure out why I was in the box, what made me do it, why I couldn't talk in the box, and what was the effect on my soul!

The Glass House is now in...

The Light House Cinema , Smithfield, Dublin 7.

#6: BLOG (F/M)

YOU get on the blog...YOU have the RIGHT TO RESPOND...

YOU is a series of private/public experiences, there will be no one there watching when YOU encounter the work, no one to guage whether or not you liked it or enjoyed it...so the blog is the means of communication between us!

Tell me, and everyone what YOU think! Did you enjoy the experience? Did you smile, laugh, think it was rubbish?!!!

Whatever YOU have to say, YOU have the RIGHT TO RESPOND!

DO IT!

YOU record the voices....
